Absolutely loved renting at Oaks Canopy — a genuinely 5-star renting experience. The whole team are wonderful: friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They make everything feel easy and human, which is rare. Renters honestly won’t believe their luck at how smooth and stress-free it can be, especially in a market that’s usually anything but.

The apartments themselves are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and the facilities are outstanding — dedicated WFH spaces, secure bike and scooter storage, an on-site café, kids’ playground, and a great entertainment room. It all adds up to a place that feels like a real community, not just a building. Oaks Canopy is a real asset to the Woden area, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a modern, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable place to live.

Modern, great view of black mountain, high tech living and security. Central location, walking distance to work which was handy. By far the best staff, who organise social events for residents, look for ways to solve any issue, help with moving in/out and good to have a chat to any time. Downstairs facilities, cafe, gym, ev charging options, the list goes on. Really miss the place, thank you Oaks crew for the wonderful stay.

From the outset, we were welcomed by the manager Pete and immediately decided that Oaks Canopy was perfect for us until we got orientated in our new city. The arrangement there is to have a daily concierge in the foyer Monday to Friday which puts ready assistance available when needed. Pete and his team take great pride in Oaks Canopy and in a wonderful experience for its residents. The building itself and surrounds are beautifully built and laid out and cater for modern living requirements; from cleverly designed living and working areas to a dog-friendly environment. Importantly too is the sense of community with consideration given to special interest groups.
